Day 1, meal 1 from the recommended foods in Four Hour Body.

This meal consists of:
  1/2 cup of black beans (Goya)
  1 whole egg
  1/2 cup store brand egg whites
  1/2 cup of cut leaf spinach
  3 "dashes" of Frank's Hot Sauce

MMMMM, good! And believe it or not extremely filling!
Went out this weekend to Target and found Tim Ferriss's book the Four Hour Body. After reading through the first couple of sections and the Lose Fat fast section the wife and I decided to give it a try for 30 days.

This blog will be part of that journey along with any other things that strike my fancy or that I find interesting.
